Yesterday we had to go on a boat and it was cancelled. It was unfair because me and Zoey really wanted to go and it was a perfect day. Instead we decided to go around the island until we reached the bus. I was excited because it was Rakia's first time on a bus.

The view from Islesford |
When we got off the bus, we went to the beach and I was the only one who didn't go into the water. Then we got back on the bus and we went on a different boat ride to Ilsesford. In Ilsesford we wandered around the island and we went to the Islesfod History Museum. I told my parents that Maine used to be part of Massachussetts and it separated in 1820. Then we went to the other side of the village and we went mini-golfing. It wasn't real mini golf but it was mini mini golf. It was in front yard of a guy named Jim, who is raising money for Haiti. During the time that we played mini mini golf, he told us that the creator of Spongebob grew up right next door. When I heard that I said, "Cool."
Then we went back and last night I watched the All-Star Game.
